01. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services, website features, and learning resources provided by Velocity Knowledge ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This includes any terms incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy.

If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

02. Scope of Services

Velocity Knowledge offers professional workforce training, expert-led technical instruction, curriculum customization, and enterprise learning programs. Services are delivered virtually, in-person (on-site), or through hosted learning management systems (LMS) at subdomains including courses.velocityknowledge.com.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our training courses, schedules, portal features, or platform interfaces at any time without prior notice or liability.

03. Registration & Account Security

To access certain course portals or student features, you may be required to register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
• Promptly update your information if details change.
• Notify us immediately at info@velocityknowledge.com if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach.

You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your registered account. Account credentials cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to any other individual or entity.

04. User Code of Conduct

When participating in virtual classrooms, interacting with instructor panels, or utilizing discussion boards, you agree to behave in a professional and respectful manner. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Disrupt the class flow, harass instructors, or post offensive, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code designed to compromise website performance.
• Share, screen-record, distribute, or copy course materials, video lectures, coding labs, and manuals without our explicit written consent.
• Attempt to scrape, brute-force, or index our secure portals and databases.

05. Payments, Fees & Cancellations

Payment Terms: All course fees and training packages must be paid in full prior to the start of the program, unless agreed upon in writing through an enterprise sales contract.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: Due to course licensing, instructor scheduling, and infrastructure allocation, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Specific refund and rescheduling eligibility depends on the notice period provided before the course starts:

• Cancellations requested 14 or more calendar days before the program starts are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
• Cancellations requested between 7 and 13 days are eligible for a 50% refund or a seat credit for a future program session.
• No refunds are provided for cancellations requested less than 7 days prior to course launch, or for non-attendance.

06. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided during the training programs, including slides, lab manuals, checklists, codes, datasets, design layouts, and recordings are the exclusive property of Velocity Knowledge and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for your individual professional learning. You may not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our educational content without prior written authorization from us.

07. Disclaimers & Warranties

All training programs and platform services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that completing our courses will ensure specific employment opportunities, salary increases, or standard certification pass rates. Learning results vary based on student participation, individual experience, and dedication.

08. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity Knowledge and its affiliates, instructors, directors, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, opportunities, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our services or training materials.
